Robert S. Beraha is a partner on Berger Singerman’s Business, Finance & Tax team, based in Miami. Robert specializes in all areas of estate planning and wealth preservation, with a major emphasis on minimizing federal transfer taxes, creating wills and trusts, asset protection and creating prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. He assists high net worth individuals with sophisticated tax, wealth transfer and asset protection planning by implementing vehicles such as irrevocable life insurance trusts, family limited partnerships and sales to defective grantor trusts. Robert also counsels closely held business owners with respect to the organization, structure and operation of their business entities as well as business succession planning. Much of his practice involves collaborating with clients and their advisors to develop and implement innovative wealth preservation and planning strategies which are tailored to the individual needs of the client.
