Iryna Ivashchuk is a partner and a Co-Manager of the firm’s Business, Finance and Tax team. Iryna focuses her practice on complex commercial real estate and financing matters as well as general corporate transactions, assisting clients in both domestic and cross-border deals. She has counseled clients in a variety of industries, markets and business cycles. In the real estate area, Iryna represents clients from around the world on acquisitions and dispositions of all types of commercial real estate and personal property, real estate and other asset-based financing, leasing of real and personal property, and real estate development, including creation, structuring and operation of condominiums and planned residential and mixed-use projects. Iryna’s corporate transactional experience includes mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and equity and debt financing transactions involving both public and private companies. Iryna is fluent in Ukrainian and Russian and has working knowledge of Spanish. She has established working relationships with law firms in many foreign jurisdictions in Europe and Latin America.
