Barry Lapides concentrates his practice in complex commercial real estate and finance transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, joint ventures, financing, workouts, commercial mortgage backed securities, and loan restructuring involving office buildings, shopping centers, hotel, raw land, and residential developments. Barry also has extensive experience in the creation of condominiums (residential, commercial and mixed use) and master planned communities and the developer’s governance of same.
