Frank Bell co-founded Bell, Davis & Pitt in 1980, along with Bill Davis and Wrennie Pitt. He focuses his practice on Business and Corporate law and Real Estate law. Frank specializes in business and corporate law, business formation and compliance, commercial leasing, commercial real estate acquisitions and sales and residential real estate development. He has practiced law since 1965. Frank represents landlords and tenants in commercial leasing. He assists his clients with all types of commercial and residential real estate development. He also counsels clients with the development and maintenance of business entities, including assistance with selection of entities and disputes arising from ownership interest. Prior to moving to Florida, where he is now a resident, Frank was an active member of the Piedmont Triad community. In Florida, he serves on the board of directors of the Hobe Sound Community Chest. He works remotely from Florida as Of Counsel to the firm.
