Bio

Allison Parker is a commercial litigator who focuses on insurance coverage litigation for corporate policyholders. Prior to joining Bell, Davis & Pitt in 2015, Allison was an associate in the Pittsburgh office of Jones Day. Allison has experience with all phases of litigation in state and federal courts, including early case assessment, case management, discovery, dispositive motions, trial and appeal. She works on a variety of litigation matters, but her principal focus is insurance recovery litigation. She also counsels corporate policyholders on all aspects of insurance recovery, including notice of claims and insurance implications of pending litigation.
