Bio

Charles Perlman concentrates his practice on general corporate and securities matters. His general business practice has given him significant experience in corporate governance, contract negotiations, public tender offers, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, public offerings and private placements. He has served as a director of two publicly traded corporations including serving as Chairman of the Audit Committee and Chairman of the Compensation Committee for both entities. His experience in representing these two companies includes providing advice in a going-private transaction as well as responding and negotiating with the initiator of an unsolicited tender offer.
