He helps emerging growth companies to secure financing and represents angel and venture capital investors in debt and equity transactions. Ryan is particularly known for his work in the technology industry. With a deep knowledge of business and an extensive professional network, Ryan helps connect companies to funding sources, identify challenges before they become problems, and develop practical, customized solutions that meet their business goals.
