Doug Eingurt practice involves assisting private and public companies with their transactional and general corporate needs, with a focus in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions encompassing a wide variety of industries and matters, including representation of both financial and strategic buyers and sellers. Notably, he has extensive experience representing private equity firms and their portfolio companies, and has worked with clients in the healthcare industry, particularly hospital systems, to help them navigate their corporate transactional needs. He also represents clients in corporate finance and securities regulatory matters.
