Scott Looper has in-depth understanding of the energy supply chain arising from his work on numerous energy projects in the lower 48 United States, Alaska, Hawaii, the United Kingdom, Mexico, and Venezuela. His work focuses primarily on midstream, LNG and upstream energy industry project development activities, including divestitures, mergers and acquisitions, asset construction and asset operations. He has negotiated contracts for owners, operators and customers related to the purchase and sale, production, transportation, gathering, storage and processing of crude oil, gas, natural gas, LNG, NGLs and their refined products and related assets. He has also worked on various regulatory and litigation matters in connection with state and federal energy regulatory agencies.
