Konstantin Garmonin advises clients on a wide range of cross-border and domestic financing transactions, including project and secured financings, pre-export and real estate finance transactions, structured financings and corporate lending transactions. With over 15 years of experience with leading international firms, Mr. Garmonin represents commercial banks, multilateral financial organizations, investment companies and corporate borrowers in financings in transport, logistics, oil and gas and electricity industries; in real estate development projects and in bank-to-bank lending and bank equity transactions in Russia and the CIS. Mr. Garmonin also regularly advises clients on cross-border mergers and acquisitions and provides regulatory and general corporate advice.
