Osama Audi is a partner at Baker McKenzie Habib Al Mulla. Recognized for his commercial-oriented approach to transactions and his work ethic, he represents regional and international private equity and alternative investment funds, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, multinationals and closely held businesses. Osama is admitted to the New York Bar and has worked in New York and the UAE.
