Olha Demianiuk is a partner in Baker McKenzie's Corporate M&A Practice Group and the head of the Firm's Healthcare Industry Group in Kyiv. She has more than 11 years of experience advising local and international clients on M&A, private equity, equity capital market deals and corporate matters. Most recently Olha has been focusing on the healthcare sector advising clients on transactional, regulatory, commercial and other matters.
