Michael Bartosch is a Corporate / M&A partner in Baker McKenzie’s Munich office. He has more than ten years of experience assisting clients in cross-border and domestic M&A, Private Equity and Venture Capital transactions. Michael is ranked by Legal 500 and JUVE as recommended lawyer in his areas of practice. Michael joined Baker McKenzie in 2006. In 2010 he worked in the Firm's Chicago office. Michael routinely advises clients on all types of M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions, as well as on domestic and cross-border corporate reorganizations, joint ventures and corporate law matters.
