Travis Prince focuses his practice on catastrophic personal injury, civil rights violations pursuant to 42 U.S.C. Section 1983, trucking accidents, defective firearms & crossbows, and medical malpractice cases, including but not limited to wrongful death, misdiagnosis, delayed diagnosis, stroke, heart attack, and joint replacement. He has successfully taken cases to verdict in West Virginia and his approach to litigation is greatly informed by his experiences at trial. Travis has effectively assisted clients with the evaluation of early settlements, navigating complex litigation, and represented clients at trial – experiences that cover the full range of possibilities for your case. Born and raised in the coalfields of Southern West Virginia, Travis brings a blue-collar work ethic to his personal injury law practice.
