Bio

Nick Warden's practice centers on all aspects of civil litigation, appeals, alternative dispute resolution, and client risk management. In every case, his focus is exclusively on providing the highest quality of service to his clients. He believes in a creative and flexible approach designed to address the unique needs of each client and each case, and to identify which arguments are most likely to resonate with the jury or judge. Nick’s practice is predominated by commercial litigation including employment litigation and complex business litigation. He has also dedicated a significant portion of his career to date – including approximately three years with the Civil Litigation Division of the Idaho Office of Attorney General – to representing employers in cases involving claims of civil rights violations, discrimination, harassment, whistleblower claims, and wrongful discharge. Nick has represented clients in appeals before the Idaho and Ninth Circuit appellate courts, as well as state and federal courts in Idaho, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Montana, and others. Nick has a strong belief in the importance of public service and community involvement. He is a recipient of the Denise O-Donnell Day Pro Bono Services Award, and currently serves on the Board of a local performing arts organization in Boise. He has also taught classes whenever possible as adjunct faculty at Boise State University in the areas of both natural resource management and food law. Nick has served as an officer of the Fourth District Bar Association for several years and currently serves as the organization’s President. He is also a graduate of the Idaho Academy of Leadership for Lawyers program and a member of the local chapter of American Inns of Court. J.D., University of California, Davis School of Law, 2012, MSc, Oxford University, 2007, B.A., University of Southern California, 2006, magna cum laude.
