Chinpyo Park main practice focuses on energy investment and regulation, merger and acquisition and private investment. Mr. Park has extensive expertise and wide experience in regulations, agreements and investments in the energy sector such as electric power industry and gas industry including electricity market, power purchase agreement (PPA), LNG purchase agreement and terminal use agreement and legal issues on conversion of energy. Mr. Park graduated from Seoul National University and Judicial Research and Training Institute, Supreme Court of Korea, before studying Energy and Resources Law at the University of Houston Law Center's LL.M. Program in Energy, Environment and Natural Resources Law.
