Stig Klausen Engelhart is primarily instructed by clients in the oil and gas market, as well as other regulated industries. He has broad experience with advising on regulatory issues, transactions (M&A), company law and financing issues. Stig has previously served as in-house advisor to Aker BP (formerly Det norske oljeselskap ASA), where he had a key role in the negotiation of a unitisation agreement for a field operated by Aker BP and has assisted with related contracts to ensure infrastructure and transport rights for gas reserves to the European market. Stig also has extensive M&A experience from E&P and related supply industry and has played a leading role in many of the largest Norway-based transactions in this market in recent years.
