Michael Petrizzo has deep experience counseling and providing strategic advice to public and private companies, private equity and venture capital firms, and high-net-worth individuals. As a partner in the Corporate Services practice group, he represents clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, corporate restructurings, and general corporate and commercial matters Michael performs complex commercial transactions across a broad range of industries, including financial services, health care, retail, construction, manufacturing and technology. He also serves as outside corporate counsel for early-stage and established enterprises.
