Yassir Ghorbal focuses on mergers & acquisitions, capital markets, projects and project finance and has worked on transactions in the Middle-East, North Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa. He is Moroccan-qualified and a Registered Foreign Lawyer with the Solicitors’ Regulation Authority (England & Wales). Yassir’s experience in Africa includes specific experience of OHADA law.
