Bio

Prokop Verner is head of the corporate practice in the Prague office. He focuses on corporate law, contract law and on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. In the past, Prokop advised on a number of M&A transactions, representing sellers and buyers, and acted as a legal advisor on a number of landmark international transactions in Central and Eastern Europe. He is also an acknowledged specialist in regulated sectors such as energy, telecommunications, media and technologies.
