Nicolaus Ascherfeld has more than 20 years of experience in advising international and domestic companies on a broad range of corporate transactions with a focus on public and private M&A, private equity and joint ventures. Nicolaus is heading the German Corporate / M&A practice of Allen & Overy. His advice includes complex commercial agreements and general corporate law/corporate governance. His clients are large listed corporations, family-owned companies and financial sponsors. Nicolaus has gained particular expertise in the infrastructure, energy and transport sector.
