Anders Strid is Head of Vinge's Capital Markets group in Gothenburg and specializes in Corporate Governance, private and public M&A and company law. He is efficient, pragmatic and solution-oriented and has extensive experience in IPO, issues of shares and debt instruments as well as advice to listed companies, their owners and subsidiaries on all kinds of issues related to capital markets and company law, including incentive programmes. Anders has special knowledge and experience in Healthcare, Life Science, Biotech, IT, Automotive and Industry.
