Nils Lundgren specializes in capital markets, corporate law and M&A. Nils experience includes advising in connection with various capital market transactions, such as IPOs, public takeover bids, capital raisings, mergers and restructurings as well as private M&A transactions. Nils also has a broad experience of advising in relation to general corporate matters, corporate governance and regulatory matters on the equity capital markets.
