Nicolai Julsvoll has several years of experience with mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and capital markets transactions, and acts for numerous Norwegian and international private equity houses, investment banks, stock exchange listed companies and private companies. He has worked with a wide group of different clients and has advised national and international companies on both buy- and sell-side mandates in strategic M&A transactions. Nicolai has also advised companies and investment banks on numerous offerings and IPO's within various business sectors.
