I am an experienced corporate lawyer, holding dual qualifications in German and Australian law. I am uniquely equipped to provide integrated legal advice to Australian subsidiaries of European multinational groups operating in Australia. I am able to combine Australian and European perspectives to provide multinational clients with a clear understanding of the legal and commercial implications of their cross-border activities. My experience spans more than 20 years practising at leading firms in Australia, Germany and the UK, including Andersen Legal in Sydney, Pinsent Masons in London and Luther in Germany. I specialise in cross-border transactions, with a strong focus on European investments into the Asia Pacific region and Australian investments into Europe. I also regularly advise domestic and international clients on corporate and commercial matters in relation to their Australian operations, including preparing and negotiating commercial contracts and advising on corporate compliance matters.
