Ole Kristian Aabo-Evensen has broad experience in assisting investors, financial advisers, private equity funds and industrial players in acquisitions, mergers, capital market transactions and other corporate matters. He has extensive practice from all relevant aspects of transactions, both nationally and internationally. In addition, he has extensive experience as a legal and strategic advisor in connection with the follow-up of our clients' investments.
