Lisandro Allende has legally advised several complex business transactions including acquisitions and investments of well-known local companies from a wide range of industries. In the last few years, such industries included agribusiness, hydropower, telecommunications, software, real estate and petrochemical. His areas of practice are Corporate Law, Contracts, Litigation and Arbitration. He has served (and he is currently serving) as Director at a large number of local companies and public welfare foundations. In addition, Lisandro is acting, and has acted in the past, as legal representative for local branches of foreign companies. Lisandro was a member of Brons & Salas Law Firm (1987-2014), where he ended serving as one of the Management Board Partners. At present, he is Founding and Managing Partner at A&F | Allende • Ferrante | Law Firm (2014 – present).
