Frank Bergonzi Bio

Frank Bergonzi joined ZMC in 2023. Mr. Bergonzi helps manage select portfolio companies and is responsible for sourcing, evaluating and executing potential investment opportunities. Before joining ZMC, Mr. Bergonzi was an Investment Professional at American Securities, where he focused on private equity investments across multiple industries. Prior to American Securities, Mr. Bergonzi worked in the investment bank at Credit Suisse. Mr. Bergonzi graduated from Colgate University with a B.A. in Mathematical Economics and received an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
