Akshay Patel Bio

Akshay Patel joined ZMC in 2019. Mr. Patel helps manage select portfolio companies and is responsible for sourcing, evaluating and executing potential investment opportunities. Before joining ZMC, Mr. Patel was an Investment Professional at The Gores Group, where he focused on private equity investments across multiple industries. Prior to The Gores Group, Mr. Patel was an Investment Banking Analyst at Perella Weinberg Partners. Mr. Patel graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a B.A. in Economics.
