Robert Signorino Bio

Robert co-founded Yorktown. He was vice president of administrative affairs for the private-equity investment platform at Dillon, Read & Co. prior to Yorktown Partner’s spinout from that firm in 1997. Robert has operational responsibility for Yorktown’s investment partnerships, general partners and operating company including accounting, investor reporting, compliance, tax, treasury, technology and legal due diligence issues. Prior to joining Dillon Read, Robert worked in finance, management reporting and accounting for Litton Industries and Automatic Data Processing, respectively. Robert holds a BS in finance from Bentley College and an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
