Bryan Lawrence Bio

Bryan co-founded Yorktown and has more than 40 years of experience in the financial and energy businesses. From 1966 to 1997, he served as a managing director at Dillon, Read & Co. and was active in the private equity and energy areas, including Yorktown’s spinout from Dillon Read in 1997. Bryan serves as a director of Riley Exploration Permian, Inc., Ramaco Resources, Inc. and Star Group, L.P. (all of which are publicly traded companies) and certain non-public companies in which Yorktown partnerships hold equity interests. Bryan is a graduate of Hamilton College and holds an MBA from Columbia University.
