Robert Golding Bio

Mr. Golding co-founded York Street in June 2002. Mr. Golding is currently an observer to the Boards of Performance Bicycle, Inc., Sunshine Restaurant, LLC., Lexington Furniture Industries, Inc., Powermate Corporation, Easton Bell Sports, Inc. and Panther Expedited Services, Inc. He also served as an observer to the Boards of Prestige Brands, Neptune Technology Group and Bare Escentuals. Previously, Mr. Golding held various positions with Salomon Brothers, Merrill Lynch, CIT and Irving Trust Company. Mr. Golding received a B.A. from Trinity College.
