Lyle is a Principal at the Firm. Prior to joining York, Lyle worked as a Private Equity Associate at Lindsay Goldberg, where he focused on transactions in the Health Care and Industrials sectors. Prior to that, Lyle worked at Lazard, where he focused on M&A transactions in the Industrials sector. Lyle holds a BS in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University.
