Steve Harrison Bio

Steve has over 20 years’ experience across private equity, corporate finance and banking. Steve joined YFM from Santander Corporate Bank where he spent six years as an investment director successfully establishing their £200m growth capital business in the North, providing mezzanine debt investments for high growth SMEs and management buyouts. Prior to this he was one of the founding members of Endless LLP, helping to establish the private equity house as the UK’s leading turnaround investor. Steve also spent eight years in corporate finance at Arthur Andersen and EY. Steve is a member of the portfolio team and oversees the YFM portfolio of investments and portfolio team across the North of England and Scotland as well as direct responsibility for several YFM investments.
