Roux Brits Bio

Roux joined YFM from growth capital fund manager BOOST&CO, where he was responsible for turnarounds and restructures. Prior to this role he spent nine years in industry, leading businesses through growth and helping them to manage periods of significant change. His experience covers several sectors including media and outsourcing services. Roux originally qualified as a Chartered Accountant at EY in South Africa. Roux is a member of the portfolio team and is based in the London office. He manages both growth and buyout investments across the UK.
