Marcus Karia Bio

Prior to YFM, Marcus spent five years at Arix Bioscience plc, a London Stock Exchange listed venture capital firm. Prior to this he held roles at Bridges Fund Management, a leading impact investor, and LDC, the private equity arm of Lloyds Bank. Marcus qualified as a chartered accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Marcus is responsible for the company’s financial and operational affairs. This includes YFM’s private LP funds, publicly listed VCTs and the fund manager, as well as tax, HR and IT. He is a member of the Executive Management Team and a Director of the FCA regulated fund manager. He also Chair the firm’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) Committee.
