Helen Villiers Bio

Helen joined YFM in June 2019 as an Investment Manager, before being promoted to Investment Director in 2022 and Investment Operations Director in 2024. She has over 10 years’ experience working with UK SME’s, having previously worked in Grant Thornton’s London Corporate Finance team where she trained as a Chartered. As Investment Operations Director, Helen is responsible for optimising our processes and driving efficiencies across YFM’s investment operations, while supporting team development and collaboration between the Investment and Portfolio teams. Helen also retains portfolio responsibilities for a limited number of investments.
