Karen joined Yellow Wood Partners in 2020 as an Associate. She was promoted to Senior Associate in 2022 and Vice President in 2024. She brings 3 years of experience in private equity and investment banking. Prior to joining Yellow Wood, Karen was an analyst in the Technology Investment Banking group at Citi in New York, where she worked on various M&A and capital-raising transactions across the technology industry. She received a BS in Economics with Concentrations in Finance and Statistics from the University of Pennsylvania.
