Lis Wightwick joined XPV Water Partners in 2019 as Executive Assistant to David Henderson, Managing Partner. She brings over 20 years of dedicated experience to the role. Lis has a proven track record of strong performance in high-volume, high-pressure environments with a passion for delivering quality results. Prior to working at XPV, Lis worked across multiple industries including capital markets, mining and publishing. Working with all levels from C-Suite Executives and Board of Directors down, she skillfully manages administrative duties and client relations. In her free time, Lis has traveled the world and continues to explore new, exciting cultures and places.
