Roy Sroka Bio

Roy Sroka joined Wynnchurch in April of 2006. Previously, he was the Director of Operations of Chicago Administration and Corporate Services, LLC, a third-party administration office of internationally based hedge funds. Roy began his career in public accounting at a regional accounting firm performing audits and preparing tax returns for mid-sized manufacturing and services businesses, then became the controller for a private investment organization. He spent the next seven years working with private equity investments and overseeing the accounting and tax of several entities and organizations. As a certified public accountant licensed in the state of Illinois, Roy has more than 20 years of corporate, investment accounting, taxation and executive level experience.
