Dan Needham Bio

Dan Needham joined Wynnchurch in 2013 as an advisor. He is the co-founder of Lotos Groupe, LLC, a merchant bank and advisory firm focused on M&A support services, strategic growth and new channel development to executives of private and public companies. Previously, Dan was an Officer and Managing Director of Charter Consulting, an operations-oriented management consultancy focused on operational efficiencies, merger integration and acquisition initiatives. He also has held senior positions of increasing responsibility with Mercantile Capital Management, Security Capital and the SPS Division of Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. With his role as an Operating Partner, Dan supports initiatives around platform and portfolio company add-on acquisitions, firm-based marketing initiatives and activities surrounding the firm’s Executive Advisory Board and outreach initiatives.
