Alex Dearaujo Bio

Alex DeAraujo joined Wynnchurch in 2024. Prior to Wynnchurch, Alex served as an Operating Partner at ACON Investments, where he specialized in carve-outs, transformations, complex situations, and growth. Alex began his career as a shop floor supervisor at General Electric and later transitioned to various strategic roles at Bain & Company, Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe, and Investcorp. Alex brings 14+ years of experience in PE portfolio operations with three different PE firms. In addition, he brings foundational experience in the Operations Management Leadership Program and Corporate Audit Staff at General Electric, along with seven years of management consulting experience with Bain & Company, with a focus on private equity.
