Addie Epstein Bio

Addie Epstein is a Vice President at WSC & Company and is involved in all aspects of the firm’s search fund activities, including the search, acquisition, and operation phases. Prior to joining WSC & Company, Addie cofounded and ran Benton Place Partners, a traditional search fund. There, she evaluated hundreds of companies and performed due diligence on several companies under letter of intent. Addie was an early hire at Green Thumb, which she helped take from a one-state operation to a publicly traded multi-state company. Her roles there included building out systems and standard operating procedures across the HR, accounting, and sales departments; managing marketing and advertising across Green Thumb’s retail portfolio in five states; and analyzing acquisition opportunities. Prior to Green Thumb, Addie worked in fundraising at a nonprofit and was a Coro Fellow in Public Affairs. Addie holds a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
