Charlie Mowry Bio

Mr. Mowry has more than 13 years of experience in the investment management industry. In his role as Controller at WP Global, Mr. Mowry is responsible for managing the Accounting Team. He oversees the accounting, administration, financial reporting, and investment monitoring functions for WP Global’s COREalpha Series and other private equity funds. His responsibilities include oversight of annual financial statement audits and tax return preparation, review of quarterly financial reporting, fund financial analysis, monitoring and managing of cash positions, and analysis of investment valuations. Prior to joining WP Global, Mr. Mowry was a Senior Manager in KPMG’s Chicago Investment Management audit practice in the Columbus and Chicago offices. In over a decade with KPMG, he provided assurance and audit services to companies in the financial services sector, focusing on private equity and mutual funds. Mr. Mowry holds Masters and B.S. degrees in Accountancy from Miami University.
