David Mills Bio

Mr. Mills is responsible for fund accounting, fund related compliance and regulatory matters, investor reporting, and assisting the portfolio companies on an as needed basis with accounting and finance matters. Prior to joining Willis Stein in 2001, Mr. Mills was an auditor for Clifton Gunderson LLP and the Illinois Agricultural Auditing Association. Mr. Mills received an M.B.A. from DePaul University and holds a B.S. degree in Accountancy from Illinois College. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
