Christopher Larson Bio

Mr. Larson is the Partner responsible for the infrastructure services and niche manufacturing verticals and serves on the firm’s Investment Committee. Mr. Larson has responsibility for initiating investment opportunities, structuring acquisitions, coordinating due diligence, negotiating debt financings, working with portfolio company management teams on an ongoing basis and arranging for the disposition of investments. Prior to joining Willis Stein in 2006, Mr. Larson was in the corporate finance group at Motorola. Mr. Larson serves on the boards of directors of Education Corporation of America, Strategic Materials, FDH Velocitel, and Education Partners. He received an M.B.A. from University of Chicago, Booth School of Business, a M.S.T. in Taxation from Northern Illinois University and a B.S. in Accounting from Truman State University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
