Bret Forster Bio

After Willcrest acquired Pearce, Bret ran the business as CEO for ten years growing the company from 70 to 3,000 employees before stepping back to an Executive Board position. Bret also serves on the Boards of Precision Aerospace, Birch Risk Advisors, and Worldwide Healthstaff Solutions. Prior to Willcrest, Bret was a was a Vice President with Serent Capital, a private equity firm investing in emerging service and technology businesses. Bret was also a start-up entrepreneur at FetchForce, operations manager at ServiceSource, and a consultant with McKinsey.
