Chris Hardy Bio

Chris is a Principal at Whistler Capital and Member of the Valuation Committee. Prior to the formation of Whistler Capital, Chris was a Principal at Starr Investment Holdings (“SIH”) focused on private healthcare investments. Previously, Chris was a Vice President at Pamplona Capital Management. Earlier in his career, he was an Analyst in the Investment Banking Division at Barclays. Chris is currently a Director on the Board of Heart + Paw and supports Whistler Capital's management of the Radiology Partners investment. He has served as a Director and Observer on the Boards of ConvenientMD, BakeMark, Privia Health (NASDAQ: PRVA), Lumos Networks (NASDAQ: LMOS), and Beacon Rail Leasing. Chris holds a B.S. in Finance from Wake Forest University, where he graduated magna cum laude.
