Andy Baldridge Bio

Andy has over 20 years of experience, including 18 years in private equity. He co-founded Westward Partners in 2010, currently leads the firm's origination activities, and is active in all aspects of managing the Partnership. Andy serves as a Director on all Westward Portfolio Company boards. Prior to founding Westward, Andy was a Vice President at a Seattle-based private equity firm. Previously, Andy worked in investment banking at Piper Jaffray in both Seattle and Minneapolis where he executed mergers, acquisitions, and equity financings for middle-market companies. Andy has completed over $2 billion in private equity investments, has raised over $500 million in debt and equity for portfolio companies, and has played a leading role exiting six private equity investments. Andy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado, magna cum laude, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington.
