Liam O’Sullivan Bio

Liam joined Wellspring in 2019 and is a member of Wellspring’s investment committee. Liam was previously the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Hill Path Capital, where he oversaw all areas of finance, accounting, operations and compliance. Prior to joining Hill Path Capital, Liam was the Controller at Aquiline Capital Partners and was an Accounting Manager at Lindsay Goldberg before that. Liam began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and is a Certified Public Accountant. Liam graduated from Fairfield University in 2004 with an MBA in Finance and Taxation and in 2003 with a BS in Accounting.
